A relaxing afternoon spent by the pool calls for a quick siesta to rest the body & mind. Now it’s time to get the party started. Tapas? Of course. Great company? Absolutely. Sangria? Definitely!
Ingredients: Filtered water, Cane Sugar, Grapefruit Juice, Hibiscus Petals, Orange Bitters (alcohol, orange peel, water), citric acid.

To mix:
1 bottle Sangria Mixer
1 bottle (750 ml) wine (choose white, rose, or red)
10 oz brandy
Sliced fruit and berries (see suggestions below)
Ice
In a container with a lid, combine brandy and all sliced fruit and brandy and allow to sit at room temp for 24 hours. When ready to serve, combine mixer and wine with fruit & brandy combination in a pitcher and stir. Add ice and serve immediately. or, simply pour into glasses already filled with ice.

Rose wine: sliced lemons & raspberries
White wine: sliced lemons, apple, peaches
