Beeswax Wraps - All American

Did you know that every plastic bag you've ever used still exists today?  That's a LOT of plastic bags that can take 20+ years to break down!   That waste that can be avoided with an alternative that's just as useful (but even prettier to use).  These all natural, cheerful Beeswax food wraps are a simple way to help reduce the use of plastic in the kitchen.  In addition to keeping food and snacks fresh, the antimicrobial aspect of beeswax helps preserve food even longer.  Beeswax wraps are made of organic ingredients, washable, reusable, compostable and plastic-free. 

Sets come in assorted fabrics and patterns but it will be one of the combinations shown in our first photo.

Each set contains 3 coordinating wraps:

1 Large - 12 x 12 inches

1 Medium - 10 x 10 inches

1 Small - 8 x 8 inches

To use:

- Place over bowls, wrap around food and snacks (like half of a banana or lemon, a few orange slices or a sandwich)

- Rub the food wrap in your hands to create heat, then fold directly over food or a storage container as a "lid"

- To preserve the lifespan of your wraps, handwash in cold water with a biodegradable soap, let air dry, and store in a cool, dry place.  Not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave.  If properly cared for, wraps should last for approximately one year.
