Anchovies in Oil

These fresh-cured anchovies in oil will convert even the most adamant non-anchovy lover!  These high quality anchovies are caught fresh from the Atlantic and Mediterranean, then cured in salt and packed in oil. Try them drizzled with olive oil, or wrapped around a Spanish olive.  Refrigeration required.

Matiz Anchovies are produced by Siro & Xavi, a small 3rd generation company just north of Barcelona, Spain, run by the founder’s grandsons, Siro and Xavi. This artisanal company focuses solely on the production of anchovies and boquerones, and purchases fish directly from the fisherman at the port each morning.  A little bit of Spain to add to your meat and cheese board.
