Choose to be Grateful Fall Notepad

To make the practice of gratitude a little easier this Fall, we created this small notepad with 100 sheets of "Choose to be Grateful..." in autumn colors with adorable pumpkins at the bottom. Our challenge?  Just jot down things you are grateful for each day, and notice how many more you recognize as it becomes even more natural.
