Cream Cheese Flower Grazing Board

If you've never done it, this is your sign to add a cream cheese flower to your next grazing board.  It's easy to do, and it adds a lot of personality to your presentation!  This would be a sweet idea for a bridal or baby shower, or just for a "fancy" night in during the Spring or Summer.  If you have a larger board, you could add multiple flowers with different flavors of jam or jelly - you can get as creative as you want!

What you will need:

- whipped cream cheese (or a block that is softened to room temperature)

- a jam or jelly (we recommend something a little spicy because it goes well with the cream cheese like this one or one from Kelle B)

- a serving board

- a spoon

- a paper towel (for clean up)

Here's how to do it.

1.  Place a spoonful of whipped (or softened) cream cheese on your board.

PRO TIP:  Determine where your cream cheese flower will go FIRST and put it on the board before you add other snacks.  It's a lot easier to build your board around it!

2.  Use the back of a spoon to spread the cream cheese toward the center of your flower.

3.  Repeat 3-5 times to create each flower petal.

4.  Place a spoonful of jam or jelly in the center.

There you have it - a beautiful and tasty cream cheese flower!

After you have your flower(s) on the board, build the rest of your charcuterie snacks around it.  Serve and enjoy!
