Courtney & Allen's Wedding Invitations

When we first met with Courtney, she wanted her wedding invitations to have watercolor details.  We showed her what we had done for Elissa (by hiring an artist to do the painting), and said we could go that route, or if she knew someone who could do the art, we could put together the pieces for her.  She said she knew someone who could do the artwork... but she DID NOT mention that she intended to do it HERSELF!   A few weeks later, Courtney showed up with these original watercolor paintings and we were blown away - they are awesome!!!   She did a fantastic job, and it made us even more excited to design the wedding invitation for her and Allen. Just look at these details: Courtney provided so many great pieces of artwork for us to use, and that made this entire project really fun.  Here is the first peek upon opening - a kraft envelope with custom envelope liner: And when taken out of the envelope... a lovely folded wedding invitation! We love the layering of the succulents and especially that stunning bouquet at the top.  The mix of fonts convey a rustic yet playful theme, and the "river rock" color of the text goes well with their outdoor chapel experience. (Can we say here that this wedding sounds SO fun?!  The chapel looks amazing, and a reception at The Gristmill?  THIS sounds like a party we would want to go to!) We also appreciate how efficiently the last panel serves as a reply card.  It's perforated it so guests can easily tear it off and mail it back to the couple. [ not shown is the other side with their address] Check out the detailed map on the back (with inset details of the chapel and reception sites): Wow!  Courtney, your art is stunning, and we are honored that you let us use it to create this custom wedding invitation for you and Allen.  We love how it turned out, and we hope you and Allen had the most wonderful wedding day!  Cheers to many happy years ahead!
